In Mary’s practice, you are seen and heard without judgment as you heal from the complexities of life. You are empowered to move through the process of change and growth at your pace.
Mary works with adults and adolescents to help them understand the mind-body connection and explore sensory experiences that calm and nourish the mind. During convenient telehealth sessions, she will collaborate with you to identify goals and help you achieve them by developing self-awareness, self-compassion, and coping skills.

Mary Froment graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a Master of Social Work degree, Clinical Concentration, in 2021. Prior to getting her degree, she spent several years working with children and families in community-based agencies.
Mary’s approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and grounded in attachment theory. She uses narrative, solution-focused, nature, integrative therapies, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork.
Some of her specialties include neurodivergence, women’s issues, parenting at all stages, family communication, exploring identity, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, navigating divorce and break ups, feeling misunderstood and out of place, resolving childhood issues, and loss.
